I rang the post office line and they told me that they didn't know when the parcel would be delivered either. How disappointed! It went to villawood and then it went back to Chullora and it's now still there. But I am living at Auburn!!! What the hell?! I paid for the service and they are giving me a very horrible experience! Actually I will only give 0 to this damn service. I am wondering is my parcel has been lost or been stolen?! Damn!!
- Melissa Dennis Added September 24, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Someone from the Chullora Mail Facility opens people's parcels and steals their items. It's so disappointing how dishonest some people are. They need to search everyone's bags daily then sack someone! I've ordered twice online in the last 4 weeks from 2 totally different companies both Express with a tracking number, but the item never left Chullora Processing Facility. When both companies lodged an investigation they were both told "sorry parcel is lost". How the hell do you lose a customer's parcel TWICE in one month!!??? Monkeys could do a better job. Unfortunately I cannot buy online anymore. Don't trust Australia Post! Chullora has criminals working for them!!
